I started working with computers when most people were still using dial-up internet. What began as curiosity—taking apart my first PC to see how it worked—turned into a genuine passion for solving technology problems and helping people.
After spending years working in corporate IT environments and with national service providers, I saw the same frustrations over and over: small businesses struggling to get timely support, residents getting overcharged for simple fixes, and everyone dealing with the runaround of offshore call centers that didn’t understand local needs.
In 2005, I founded Tech Support of GA LLC (TechSGA) right here in Dallas, Georgia, with a clear mission: provide the same level of professional IT expertise that large corporations receive, but with the personal service and local accountability that only a hometown business can deliver.
